Grace AI Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Grace AI Referral Program, you agree to Grace AI's main Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

A "Referrer" is an existing Grace AI customer who shares their unique referral URL. A "Referred Customer" must be a new business customer who signs up using that referral link and remains an active, paying subscriber in good standing for three (3) consecutive months. This qualifying period must be completed without cancellation, non-payment, refunds, or chargebacks.

Once the referral qualifies, both the Referrer and the Referred Customer will receive one (1) free month in the form of a subscription credit, applied to future invoices only. Referral rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other compensation.

Each Referrer account may earn rewards for a maximum of ten (10) successful referrals.

Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. Spam, unsolicited messaging, misrepresentation, referral-farm activity, coupon abuse, deceptive practices, or any unlawful conduct will result in disqualification. Grace AI reserves the right to verify eligibility, delay or deny rewards, and suspend or terminate participation at its discretion, where permitted by law.

Grace AI may modify, suspend, or end the Referral Program at any time by updating these Terms & Conditions.
